Needs Assessment

The first step toward an effective management training program for your credit union is a detailed, comprehensive needs assessment. HRValue Group offers pre- and post-training needs assessments to determine the specific areas that must be addressed…and to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program.

Under HRValue Group's needs assessment program, your credit union employees would complete a confidential online survey rating their managers on various management competencies. Based on those surveys, aggregate reports would be generated to identify competency development areas, and modules would be tailored to fit your managers' individual needs. Six months after the training, the survey would then be re-administered to measure your managers' progress and evaluate their learning gain.
